The Downtown Community Church Residency Program is a year-long program that equips the next generation to lead gospel-centered ministry. Through hands-on training, discipleship, and community engagement, this vocational work will equip them to serve our church alongside our staff. Our hope is that as these residents grow spiritually, personally, and professionally as they gain the tools to thrive and lead in any ministry setting.
