Foster Crew
at Downtown Community Church
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
James 1:27 NIV
Foster Crew is a ministry of a DCC partnering with One More Child to mobilize church members to walk alongside foster families on their journey. It’s simple, if you can cook, mow the lawn, play with kids, or pray, you can make a world of difference for foster families and foster children in your community!
Sunday Service at Jefferson Correctional
“I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me…And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’"
MATTHEW 25:36-40
On the first Sunday of each month we host a Sunday Service at Jefferson Correctional where we share a meal, worship, and get to hear a message from God's word together!! If you would like to join us please fill out the interest form below!
